The SA community will eventually be connected via a chat room where all SAs can communicate with US MRKT, the POs, and each other, in real time, via a chat/message function embedded in and available on the App and the website. The idea being that the SA is empowered with the ability to discuss strategies, review products, point out flaws and errors, opine on PO social media content, special promotions, training materials, and the like.
