US MRKT Platform: The US MRKT platform is located at www.USmrkt.com. This platform is the online location where products and services are found and where SAs (via the US MRKT APP) can promote the various products or services being offered. Customers will also be able to make purchases directly through the platform.
PO: “Product Owner” who offers products and/or services on the US MRKT digital platform located at www.USmrkt.com. The PO is an owner of a product or service, but also could be an online site that offers a variety of products or services, or could be a broker or agent (such as a real estate broker or realtor). Future developments will undoubtedly create more PO opportunities.
SA: “Sales Associate” is a person who signs up to become a SA and once accepted, has access to the US MRKT APP and can select a product or service to promote/sell on his/her own social media feed and through which can identify leads or prospects interested in a particular product or service. The SA earns a commission for every achieved sale, paid weekly in US dollars (USD). The SA application process should not take more than 3 minutes to complete.
Lead: A person who initially responds to a SA posting on social media and who responds to that posting by replying with some “initial expression of interest” including name, email and cellular number.
Prospect: A prospect is a lead that advances the level of interest beyond the initial expression of interest. The lead becomes a prospect after any interaction with a PO (who is required to make contact with a lead after being identified as a lead by the SA through the CRM). The lead to prospect pathway is achieved when the lead communicates with the PO in a positive manner related to reaching a decision to make a purchase. The prospect that agrees to make a purchase would become a customer.
CRM: Customer Relationship Management- via the US MRKT platform and SA APP, the SA inputs the identifying details of the lead, such as name and email, and/or cell number. The CRM allows the SA and the PO to interact and track sales progress per lead/prospect through to a final sale.
Customer: A US MRKT customer is a lead/prospect that has made a purchase through the US MRKT platform and which then generates a commission payment to the SA who identified the lead.
Commission: US MRKT pays an agreed-upon commission (also known as sales commission) to the SA who identifies a lead, enters that lead’s identifier details in the CRM, and who is then entitled to receive the agreed-upon commission in US currency payable weekly directly to that SA. Each PO will have agreed with US MRKT to a specific commission per product or service and US MRKT defines the division of that commission with the SA network.
