The Sales Associate Role (SA): The SA is the crucial US MRKT partner in the sales process. Each SA will receive a branded US MRKT social media account related to Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. These accounts are intended to be used for commercial purposes and not for posting of personal information, although the SAs are encouraged to share details about themselves, to offer personal advise or opinion on the product or service being promoted, to “educate”, ”enlighten”, and “convince” the interested person to consider the product or service. To take the next step, the SA must obtain the name and cell phone or email of the interested party for submission to the CRM system. Once in the system, the SA is confirmed as the source for that lead and therefore guaranteed to receive the commission if a sale materializes. Some SAs use the platform on a part-time basis to make extra income, while others work several days per week, if not more, to connect with as many potential buyers as possible.
