Renee Gonzalez is a Florida licensed realtor who is active in the Doral area of Miami-Dade County, Florida. The city of Doral is a vibrant, dynamic city that has seen rapid development in the past 15 years, fueled by immigrants arriving from other countries, mostly from Central and South America. Renee has been a realtor for the past 7 years and is licensed through an established broker. Renee is made aware of the US MRKT platform after reading an article in a local newspaper, and after reviewing the site, notices that it has an extensive section focusing on Florida real estate sales and rentals. Renee decides to apply to become a Sales Associate (SA). She made that decision after reviewing the US MRKT platform (www.USmrkt.com) and realized that she could promote her home listings (for sale or rent) as an SA and reach a wide audience of potential buyers or renters. Once she was accepted as a SA, which occurred within a few hours, she received a welcome notice via email which included instructions on how to upload the information on the homes and condominiums that she had for sale or rent. She included information about herself and her experience as a realtor. She also decided to upload information about another development nearby that was being offered on the US MRKT platform, in the hopes of identifying potential buyers for that development. In fact, she started to post interesting photos and facts about that project, which also served to enhance her Facebook and Instagram account by offering a more diverse variety of homes and condos.

Within 24 hours of launching her US MRKT postings, she received several messages asking about the listings and was able to engage with several people, including obtaining the interested person’s name, cell phone number and email.  Withing a few day, that led to meetings with 3 potential customers, in person, to show several of the available units. Within the first 45 days of promoting as a US MRKT SA, she had secured 2 rentals and 1 sales contract.

The resulting commissions were split between her (and her broker) and the US MRKT sales entity, based on a broker cooperation agreement.
