US MRKT has (and will) devote a lot of attention to the sale of real estate through the US MRKT digital platform. This means initially sale of real estate located in the state of Florida. The reason for limiting the sale of real estate to Florida relates to the ability to pay our share of real estate commissions to non-licensed persons who refer leads to US MRKT as potential buyers. In Florida, a real estate sales commission can be split with a non-licensed person who resides (abroad) in a country where there are no licensing requirements for real estate sales. There are many such countries and US MRKT will include that list shortly on the site in the real estate section prior to launch.
This means that a non-licensed person can use his/her social media as a SA to promote the US MRKT-related real estate and earn a share of the commission. A typical example is as follows: A home in Miami is listed on the US MRKT platform with an asking sales price of USD $575,000. The SA provides a lead (interested buyer) that eventually purchases that home for USD $545,000. The agreed commission due is 6% of the sales price and the SA’s share is 1/3 of that or USD$10,900. That earned commission can legally be paid to the SA through the US MRKT cooperation agreement that is in place with the seller of the home.
