I would like to discuss the alternatives that a Sales Associate (SA) has available to promote and sell on the #USmrkt digital platform. As a reminder, the SA need not sell anything at all (meaning, actually make the sale). The SA is eligible to receive a commission if he/she identifies a prospect, known as a “lead”, and then enters the lead’s name and contact details in the CRM. After that, the Product Owner (“PO”) is notified and takes over by contacting the lead and completing the sale. In some cases, a product (like a reseller) will involve less direct PO interaction with the lead. Either way, the SA will get credit for that lead and receive the agreed-upon commission when the sale is realized.
The idea behind the SA concept is that a group of disparate, multi-lingual people from across the globe will represent US MRKT in promoting the PO’s products and services. The SA’s network will include people who view their role as follows:
The above sub-categories (1-9) are an acknowledgement that different people have different views with regard to what they believe is the best way for them to earn commissions in USD, and how they can become an affective US MRKT Sales Associate. It is quite clear that many SAs, as they become more proficient, will engage with their social media followers and encompass more than one of the sub-categories listed above.
US MRKT intends to provide the SAs with regular training materials through YouTube, email, text messages, WhatsApp messages and webinars. Meaning, the training that the PO offers will be supplemented with US MRKT produced trading materials. US MRKT also intends to offer incentives (prizes or bonuses in cash, trips, products) to the SAs. These incentives will be offered by US MRKT but could also be offered by a PO directly.
