The core of the US MRKT strategy is to create a vibrant Sales Associate (SA) network of people who will use their own growing social media connections to promote the products and services found on the USmrkt.com digital platform. The concept of eWOM (Electronic Word-of-Mouth) relates to a form of communication (online) that is considered more interpersonal than mass market. Those communications contain content that is considered unbiased, genuine and honest, while at the same time provides commercial information so that the receiver of the communication is able to make an assessment without traditional “mass market” sales pressure. A successful eWOM message may reach not just the intended recipients (such as followers or friends), but many more people that the sender does not know.
Social Selling, which I have discussed before, is essentially a sales strategy that includes eWOM. US MRKT seeks to utilize that strategy as in expands the SA network in 2019.
